WTF What The Fuzz was founded in 2024 by Stan Abe Productions in Hermosa Beach, California as a new way for the Hermosa Beach Police Department to engage with businesses and citizens.

While most law enforcement agencies are utilizing their community outreach for coffee and conversation, WTF What The Fuzz incorporates the “meet the people where they are” philosophy with innovative practices to draw people to events and build partnerships.
